Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu 6-15g Resolves Shao Yang, spreads Liver Qi and relieves Stagnation.
With Bai Shao, for vertigo, dizziness, rib pain and menstrual irregularity due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
With Xiang Fu and Bai Shao, for pain and distention in the chest and flanks.
Poria Fu Ling 9-18g Promotes urination and leaches out Dampness.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 4.5-21g Nourishes the Blood, regulates menses, sedates Liver Yang, alleviates pain, preserves the Yin and adjusts the Ying and Wei.
With Dang Gui, nourishes Yin and Blood.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 4.5-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, relieves pain, reduces swelling from sores and abscesses and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Xiang Fu, for flank pain, abdominal pain, and dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stagnation.
With Bai Shao, for spasms and cramping pain associated with Blood Deficiency and Blood Stagnation.
Rx. Rubiae Qian Cao Gen 6-16g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, cools the Liver, transforms Phlegm and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Dang Gui, Xiang Fu and Chi Shao, for amenorrhea due to Blood Stasis.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood.
With Chai Hu and Bai Shao, for dysmenorrhea from Liver Qi Stagnation and Blood Deficiency.
With Xiang Fu, tonifies the Blood and moves Qi.
Rx. Curcumae Yu Jin 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, regulates Qi flow, speeds healing of chronic sores and alleviates pain.
With Xiang Fu, Dang Gui and Bai Shao, for pain in the abdomen and flanks associated with menstruation.
With Chai Hu, for Liver Qi and Blood Stagnation with flank pain and distention.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 4.5-9g Regulates Liver Qi, regulates menstruation, alleviates pain and relieves depression.
With Chai Hu, for Qi Stagnation and menstrual irregularity.
